LAGOS INTERNAL REVENUE AND EKO CLUB NEW JERSEY PROVIDE FREE PALLIATIVES TO THE RESIDENTS OF IJORA KINGDOM IN HONOR OF THEIR GRAND PATRON, HRM OBA ABDULFATAI OYEYINKA AREMU AROMIRE OYEGBEMI II THE OJORA OF IJORA AND IGANMU KINGDOM.

Palliatives To Ijora Kingdom Residence

In a gesture of goodwill and solidarity, the Lagos Internal Revenue Service (LIRS) collaborated with EKO CLUB New Jersey to distribute free palliatives to the residents of Ijora Kingdom. This initiative was undertaken to honor their grand patron, Oba AbdulFatai Oyeyinka Aremu Aromire Oyegbemi II, the esteemed Ojora of Ijora and Iganmu Kingdom. The present inflation in the country has brought unprecedented challenges to communities nationwide, with many facing economic hardships and food insecurity. Recognizing the need to support vulnerable populations, the Lagos Internal Revenue Service, in partnership with EKO CLUB New Jersey, embarked on a mission to provide relief to the residents of Ijora Kingdom.

On [19th of April, 2024 ],the representatives from LIRS and EKO CLUB New Jersey gathered at [the ancient palace of the great Ijora kingdom ] to distribute essential food items and provisions to families in need within the Ijora Kingdom community. The event was marked by a spirit of compassion and unity, as volunteers worked tirelessly to ensure that every household received assistance. Speaking at the event, the representative of LIRS, expressed gratitude to the residents of Ijora Kingdom for their resilience and strength during challenging times. He emphasized the importance of community solidarity in overcoming adversity and reaffirmed LIRS's commitment to supporting vulnerable populations across Lagos State. Similarly, the representatives of EKO CLUB New Jersey, highlighted the significance of giving back to the community and honoring the esteemed Oba AbdulFatai Oyeyinka Aremu Aromire Oyegbemi II. He commended the collaborative efforts of LIRS and EKO CLUB New Jersey in providing much-needed assistance to the residents of Ijora Kingdom.
