
31st Anniversary Celebration
On June 5, 2025, His Royal Majesty Oba AbdulFatai Oyeyinka Aremu Aromire Oyegbemi II, the esteemed Ojora of Ijora and Iganmu Kingdom, proudly marked his 31st year on the throne of his forefathers. The celebration continued the following day, June 6, with a generous distribution of food items to the residents of Ijora and Iganmu in honor of the Sallah festival.
In the spirit of this momentous occasion, the humble and benevolent monarch, also known as Kabiyesi Oba Ojora, commonly referred to as “Dangote awon Oba” due to his significant contributions to the community, slaughtered numerous camels and cows. This act of generosity exemplifies his commitment to giving back to his people, a tradition he has upheld since his ascension to the throne

During this year’s Sallah celebration, Kabiyesi Oba Ojora expressed his gratitude to God and used the opportunity to advocate for the well-being of the less privileged in society. He called upon fellow leaders to prioritize acts of kindness and compassion in their governance and initiatives.
Additionally, Kabiyesi urged the citizens of Nigeria to remain appreciative and to pray for our esteemed President, Ashiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, thanking him for his efforts in transforming Nigeria into a nation of hope and peace.
